TRS Javentry (Mace) 100g

TRS Javentry (Mace) is a crimson red-colored thread-like material that envelops the nutmeg. It consists of the necessary oils, which give out its peculiar rich aroma and a strong, warm taste. Its mildly sweet taste is commonly used in infusions, such as tasting milk for a white sauce or marinating with meats. Chutneys and Pickles are also generally spiced with Javentry. It is also used to decorate biryani or rice making before serving.
