Payment, Shipping and Return


  • If you place an order before 6 p.m., you will receive your order within 1 to 2 working days.
  • Our orders are delivered via PostNL. As soon as the order has been shipped you will receive a Track and Trace code via email.
  • If the product you ordered is not in stock and the delivery time will take longer than 1 to 2 working days, we will inform you as soon as possible.


During extra busy periods such as the holidays in December or when there are extra discount periods, different delivery times may apply for all delivery options.


We assume that the address details on the order have been entered correctly. If we receive the package back due to incorrect address information, you can:

  • Pay the shipping costs again so that we can resend your order.
  • Cancel the entire order. We will then return the total amount minus the shipping costs incurred.

We do our best to send orders as quickly as possible. In the event of an incorrect delivery of one or more products, you can make this known within 24 hours by e-mail or whatsapp. We will contact you to find the right solution. If the concerned must be returned, the shipping costs will be borne by Aasan.


In the event that something goes wrong during the delivery of your order (for example wrong address, loss of the package), Aasan is not liable for this.


On our site you can pay with iDEAL. This works quickly and easily, because all major banks cooperate. With this payment service you pay for purchases on the internet directly. In addition, you can also pay for your purchases afterwards using the KLARNA. If you are not quite sure about your purchase yet, you can always choose this option. After you have placed your order, you will be given 14 days to pay. Of course you can also pick up your order and pay on the spot.

You can return an order by post within a maximum of 7 days (food items) and 14 days (non-food) after the receipt or collection date. After receipt of the return shipment, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 5 working days. To return shipments, please follow the procedures below.


We adhere to the following points for returns:

  • If you return a product, please complete our return form and enclose a (copy) invoice.
  • Do not forget to frank the package sufficiently.
  • We recommend that you insure the package extra, because you are liable for the return shipment.

Products that cannot be returned:

  • Used products and products with a broken or damaged seal (or plastic packaging) cannot be returned for hygienic and business reasons. If it appears that a used product has been returned, the purchase amount will not be refunded.
  • Products purchased on sale.
  • Food products that are harmful, such as refrigerated/frozen products.
  • Hairpieces. This includes the following products: wigs, braid hair, weaving, hairpieces, extensions, synthetic hair and human hair.
