TRS Green Cardamom (Elaichi) is one of the oldest and most expensive spices of oriental cuisine. Whole Cardamom Seeds are chopped and used in small quantities in dishes. In contrast to black cardamom, green cardamom has a spicy and sweet lemony taste.
